Eligibility of The University of Liverpool

Admission Requirements: Undergraduate: To be eligible for admission, applicants must have completed standard X and XII (Higher Secondary School Certificate) examinations with a minimum grade of 70 to 85 percent, based on the course and test board. For all undergraduate programs, a student's performance is evaluated based on the AAA - BBB category of the English A level. Please refer to the table below to understand how Indian State board results and STD XII ISC/CBSE scores equate to English A level grades for the purpose of receiving an offer. The overall percentage will be calculated using the four core subjects, including English. Postgraduate: Applicants should have obtained a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least a first division (high second division for some universities) to be considered for admission at the postgraduate level. However, for more specialized programs like the MSc Finance, a three-year Bachelor's degree such as B Coms may not be sufficient in terms of course content. Postdoctoral Research: Students interested in enrolling in a research program should ideally have completed a Master's degree with a first-class or a minimum of 60% grades. English Language Requirements: To be able to study at the University of Liverpool, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language. This requirement becomes more crucial for students who need to obtain a visa to study in the United Kingdom. English as a Second Language: Applicants who have completed their education in English medium from boards such as ISC, CBSE, or other State Boards, with STD XII grades of 70% or higher, are deemed to be proficient in the English language.
