Eligibility of University of South Wales - Cardiff

Requirements for students entering through the Foundation Entry Program: Students who are unable to meet the academic requirements for direct admission into the first year of a Bachelor's degree can opt for a foundation year. Criteria for Undergraduates: An average score of 60-65% or higher in the 12th Standard, depending on the Board you studied under. Holders of a valid UK HND or Indian Diploma may also be eligible for accelerated entry into certain undergraduate programs. Criteria for Postgraduates: A 3-year degree with a cumulative average of 60% (or a CGPA of 6.0/10) from a recognized Indian university. For 4- or 5-year degrees (B.E., BTECH, B. PHARM, B. ARCH, etc.), an overall average of 55% (or CGPA of 5.8/10) is required from a recognized Indian university. Graduates from the following Indian universities are also eligible: University of Mumbai, University of Delhi, University of Pune, Jadavpur University, or University of Calcutta, with a minimum of 50% (or a CGPA of 5.5/10). English Proficiency Scores: The University of South Wales accepts the following English language credentials: English score of 65-70% or higher in HSC (12th standard), depending on the Board you studied under.
